SpaceCab's booking process connects passengers with professional drivers in several cities across France and Switzerland. Here is how it works.
Our WhatsApp booking process
Rather than relying solely on automated platforms, SpaceCab combines an online request form with a local driver network.
- Your name and phone number
- Pickup address and destination
- Preferred pickup date and time
- Number of passengers
- Vehicle type, such as a saloon or van
- Any specific needs, such as a child seat or ski equipment
Step 2: Send your request After you submit the form, a pre-filled message with your journey details opens in WhatsApp. You can review and send the request, then return to the confirmation page.
Step 3: We check for a driver We share your request with our network in the relevant area. A driver who is available can confirm the pickup.
Step 4: Receive confirmation We reply by WhatsApp with the pickup details and, when available, your driver's name, vehicle registration and estimated arrival time.
Response times
- Immediate requests: replies may arrive within 5–15 minutes.
- Advance bookings: confirmation is usually provided the same day, sometimes sooner.
A flexible, personal approach
