How do I book a private hire vehicle with SpaceCab?

Complete the booking form and choose WhatsApp, email or live chat to send your request. We will check availability and confirm the details with you.

How can I contact SpaceCab through live chat?

Open the conversation bubble at the bottom of the page to message us. Chat uses the tools required to operate it; analytics cookies remain optional.

How far in advance should I book?

For an immediate request, allow 5 to 15 minutes for a response. For airports, train stations and events, we recommend booking at least 12 to 24 hours ahead.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Can I book in advance?

Yes. You can request a journey up to 3 months ahead. We will check availability and confirm your booking with you.

How are fares calculated?

Fares are fixed or estimated before departure. There is no running meter in traffic. We share the fare when your booking is confirmed.

Payment can be made to the driver by cash or card. Monthly invoicing is available for businesses by arrangement.

Tolls are included in some fares and added to others; this will be explained when your journey is confirmed. A small night surcharge may apply between 10pm and 6am.

What types of vehicle do you offer?

Saloon / SUV for 1–4 passengers and vans for up to 8 passengers plus luggage. Include your preference when requesting a journey.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned?

Yes. All our vehicles have air conditioning and heating.

Can I travel with a bicycle, skis or bulky equipment?

Yes. Include your equipment details in your request. Our vans are particularly suitable for ski transfers with equipment.

Yes. Our network operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends, public holidays and overnight.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your driver tracks your flight and adjusts the arrival time accordingly. There is no additional waiting charge for delayed flights.

Do you offer long-distance transfers?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Contact us with your route—for example Lyon to Paris, Geneva to Milan or Chambéry to Nice—and we will review your request.
