Book ahead
Where possible, request your airport transfer at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to check driver availability and confirm your pickup. For flights before 7 am, consider booking 48 hours ahead.
Work out your departure time
- International flight: aim to arrive at the airport 2.5 hours before departure.
- Schengen or domestic flight: allow 1.5–2 hours.
- Add your travel time and a further 15-minute buffer.
For example, for an 8 am flight from Lyon-Saint Exupéry, you might plan to leave around 5:15 am and request pickup no later than 5 am. Check your airline's latest guidance.
How your driver can help
- Flight monitoring: for an inbound pickup, your driver can adjust for a delayed flight.
- Luggage assistance: your driver can help load and unload your bags.
- Terminal knowledge: share the terminal so you can agree on the correct drop-off point.
